The Exodus is ready to claim Isabelle. Only she can decide if she will join the secret society or become another nameless victim of The Reckoning.
I am a slüt for primal play so I could not wait to jump into Thrill of the Hunt.
The story starts with a chase – Greyson is hunting Isabelle before bringing her into The Exodus. If Isabelle thought outrunning Greyson was hard, she was in for a rude awakening when told about the trials. I really enjoyed the different aspects of each trial, one being more cruel than the last.
Additionally, I enjoyed seeing The Exodus through two more sets of eyes – Greyson’s POV as an elder and Isabelle’s POV as an outsider pledging to join the organization.
This is the third book I read in The Exodus series, and I love it so far. Each book highlights different tropes in dark romance with some overlapping to tie everything together. I can’t wait for the next books coming out in September.
Thrill of the Hunt is perfect for readers who enjoy being chased through the woods, leaving a bloody trail to survive, and a story that’s equal parts sensual and twisted.
